I have had several appointments with Kristen Ochsner, she is fantastic. Always has a fix for my issues. Very professional.

I was able to get an appointment with Kristen when I had a referral to another professional but it was months out before I could get in. I was dealing with severe itching on a leg and just couldn’t wait months. Kristen identified the rash and subscribed the salves that cleared up the rash and itching. I still get a few spots every once in a while but I can take care of it immediately. She spent time with me to understand what was going on and asked for questions, which she answered. I am forever grateful for the time she spent with me. Thank you!

Kristen has been a godsend to me since my battle with severe psoriasis began. She really cares about her patients and developing a care plan for each one! Thank you Kristen!

No complaints at all. I was even late due to coming from work but was still seen. She actually took care of my skin issue whereas urgent care told me to put a “clean warm wash cloth on it for 5 minutes.” Which I honestly think made it worse. I’ll be going back if I ever need to.

They went above to make sure I was seen. Made an appt online and it didn’t put me on the schedule. They still stated I could come in since I made an appt I just didn’t make it on the schedule. Very nice staff and the doctor was very knowledgeable and very nice. I’d definitely recommend this place and doctor.

Very personable. A good listener. She makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. This was my second annual exam. Very pleased with the results on this visit.

My issue was an urgent skin care concern and even though this was my first time appointment Kristen performed the appropriate procedure and completely resolved my urgent issue. I will now be making regular appointments with Kristen. I was extremely pleased.
