Kristen is not only a highly skilled physical therapist, she listens to her patients. I came to her for physical therapy and was in continuous, almost unbearable pain. Her primary focus is the pelvic area. After initial “standard” protocols didn’t work, Kristen came up with a new targeted area. Voila! I started to improve. She gave me exercises I could do at home, tailored to my limitations. One could argue that my body would have healed itself anyway. I think not: At a minimum, Kristen speeded up the process greatly. I am writing this review and am experiencing little to no pain. She is such a talented physical therapist!
