Update to previous review: I would like to amend my previous review. I walked in to the office and requested Dr. Pratt re-examine my lenses while on my eyes. She was very thorough and did several additional tests, all of which helped her to figure out why I’m having such a difficult time seeing with my new lens. All of this to say, it makes me wonder if she ever got the messages about the problems that needed to be addressed. Either way, she is now aware and I believe she is working to get a good fit with great comfort so I can see clearly again!
