What Is Wrong With This Office?
I made an appointment with the office of Kristin Sutphin looking for a specific service (which I made clear at the initial phone call). I was instructed to go online and fill out a pre-appointment questionnaire, one of the most intrusive I have ever encountered, question after question requesting information, not only about my health, but intimate details about other parts of my life. A week later, the morning of the appointment, I get a call from her office to inform me that, sorry, NP Sutphin can't provide you with the service you are looking for. What?! Why wasn't I told this to begin with? I could have spent the week searching elsewhere and had an appointment by then. *sigh*
