I actually booked appointment with Dr Siddiqui, saw him only during my first appointment. After endoscopy procedure, i did not get to see him. They said that i need to see his nurse (Kristen) as she's the one who will go through my endoscopy report. And i had to wait 3 weeks to see her. In the portal she said that results are normal. But when i went to see her, she said that i have inflammation and prescribed a medicine. This could have been done through portal also. Also she never responded properly to my messages in portal. After all this, i saw a new doctor and asked her to transfer my medical records. And she took almost 10 days to do that. My new doctor team called them almost 3 times
