Kristen was amicable and confident, but she was very inflexible and unreceptive to my wishes. Once I had decided to not go with her recommendations unless absolutely necessary, she became extremely closed off and unwilling to hear what I had to say or what I had learned. I don't need someone to agree with everything I say, only to treat me with respect and listen. Her rigid and insensitive response was completely unexpected and disappointing, I expect more sensitivity and fluidity from a midwife
