Expensive and poor care
I only had one in person visit. All the rest were by phone; not video just phone call. More than once I was waiting an hour or longer for Kristi to join the scheduled call. Because Dr Abbas is NOT in town all medical decisions are delayed until he can be reached for approval. The response to lab testing of urine was so delayed I contacted my regular urologist for treatment. Urologist referred me to this practice due to repeat and antibiotic resistant UTIs. In the end my own urologist found the answer. Seeing/phoning Kristi was a big waste of time and money
