It's been a year+ since my last appointment with Kristi & still I think often about how much of an effect she's had on me. Every other therapist I've had would just agree with me about everything I said & explain why it was someone else's fault. It always made me feel a little gypped. Kristi's not like that. When you need compassion she's compassionate, but if you're fooling yourself she calls you on your bs and challenges you to fix it. Frustrating at first, VERY effective as you reflect on it.
