Doesn't listen
Was generally all-around unhelpful but the worst was that she didn't listen. Ignored or didn't understand much of what I said, spun her own narrative of what was happening in my life, and stuck to it persistently. Dodged major issues in favor of pushing tangential solutions that were not feasible. Judged my beliefs. Was not adaptable to my situation and needs, which prevented any progress in therapy and was in fact damaging. Consider seeing somebody else if you have a serious condition.
