Kristin Fink, PA

Kristin Fink is fast but competent. I get all my questions answered and haven't had any issues she was not able to help with. I love being able to send in pictures of an area (on the website) and having a nurse or herself answer questions. I do not like calling and going to voicemail during business hours. I have figured out the receptionist doesn't ever answer the phone, but she will call you back. It is an unnecessary and annoying step.

Talked fast, 10 seconds told me 2 things were nothing to worry about. Then I tried to talk to her about my real issue and felt like she wouldn’t give me the time of day, all I want to know is why and what causing the issue. She obviously doesn’t want to provide time to figure it out. Definitely won’t be back and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

She actually remembers or at least takes the time to review my medical history before seeing me, which is more than what many other providers seem to do. Listens and willing to answer any questions I have & has never rushed through my appointments. Provides other treatment options if the current one doesn’t work. Sometimes scheduling can be at the least a month out, but that has nothing to do with the provider herself.

She is a positive person who I have seen several times. She is efficient but I don't feel rushed. I also feel like she remembers my health history well. I like the office set up, you check in with one of 5 receptionists downstairs then take the elevator up and they call you right away. Being able to phone her nurse directly was a nice change from other offices too.

I had such a positive experience with Kristin Fink. I had no wait time in the waiting room. The nurse was very sweet, and Kristin was one of the best providers I have ever met with. She was such a good listener and I felt like she was totally present with me and not thinking of the next thing she needed to do. She gave me much more specific and personalized advice than either of the other two dermatologists I have seen, and I felt like she truly cared about helping me. I usually take

She was super sweet, pleasant, and easy to talk to. I did not feel embarrassed to talk to her about my condition as I have with previous dermatologists. She was very professional but used words that I could understand, which I appreciated. However, it seemed like there was a disconnect between my issue and the treatment she recommended. I have discoloration on certain areas of my skin but she focused on my scalp. The shampoo was nice but I still have discoloration. I don't think I'll go back.

Very fast did not listen or convey anything meaningful. Complained that she had other patients to see after 5 minutes of visit??? Will not be going back. I need to understand what is happening and she didn’t make the time.
