Dr Kristin is an amazing doctor showed alot of interest and concern regarding any symptoms I described to her I had. Didn't hesitate to have blood with drawn and looked even further to make sure I am ok. She went ahead and scheduled more appointments for me and even updated me promptly as soon as my results came in. Very caring docotor from my experience. From speaking with her you can tell she is a good listener and is very respectful and hears you out.

On my first visit I very impressed. She asked lots of good questions and really seemed to understand my symptoms. At the second visit, a lot had changed, and I had many new symptoms plus a new diagnosis. I felt that I needed different testing. She brushed off my concerns and recorded my symptoms as "unchanged" from the previous visit. She also wrote a false statement about me in my records, which may have been a simple misunderstanding, but when I requested an amendment, she simply rephrased it and repeated it. A test she ordered was inappropriate for my medical condition, for multiple reasons, and caused me to have a terrible flare. Hospital staff were verbally abusive during the test. I asked the GI office to switch me to a different provider to discuss ordering different testing, but received no response. I have unusual medical issues and hoped to find more specialized care here, but this place is really not that much different from any typical GI practice.
