I would give her zero stars if possible. She comes across as disinterested, aloof and annoyed. I have seen her twice for completely different skin problems and she had the same attitude both times. Hardly instills confidence when the PA appears bored and resentful.

Dr Kristin is always on time!! She’s very thorough with my exam and wonderful to work with!! Her staff is great!! She’s so knowledgeable and considers my other problems while examining! She always remembers my issues and is very supportive of my treatment!!! My husband goes to her as well!! We are extremely satisfied!!!

Rushed
Kristin Pogue always seems rushed and ready to go on to the next patient without taking time to listen. I have no doubt she is quite competent but I prefer to be seen by someone who takes time to listen and responds with something that doesn't come across as a "canned" answer.

Rushed appointment
I felt rushed and that I was not listened to. I had a list of concerns, and never asked about an important one. I received only a standard hand-out for a $120 prescription with no explanation of its purpose, nor did I receive a chart of spots on my hands where I needed to apply it. I will never go back to this practice!

The entire office staff was pleasant and friendly...except Kristin. It was the most incomplete body skin check I have ever had. She was rude and obviously did not want to be there. I was billed but feel I need to go have a skin check up done again, and pay again. Her lack of interest in my health leaves me wondering what she missed ,and am I really okay ..... I asked for my records to be mailed to me and will go some where else to be checked thoroughly by a medical professional.

Cold and unfriendly. She spent as little time as she could during our appointment and behaved as though she had someone better to be. Do not waste your or your insurance company's $ on this woman, see anyone else
