Kristy has been amazing at helping me with my borderline personality disorder, relational issues, and damaging thought processes. She has been there through my crises and is always willing to go that extra step. She is also real, and knows that the point of therapy is to not get me to like her, the point of therapy is to fix and address the problems. She tackles them in a real and compassionate way that makes you do the work but guides you in the right direction to live a healthier life. She has taught me so many tools to better myself and enabled me to see that I have the power to change the negative things about my life. I can say so many positive things about her and her skills as a therapist. She truly has and continues to help.
