Disappointed Patient Experience: Overcharged and U
As a patient seeking gynecological care, my experience with Kristina Lane was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I stepped into the office, it was evident that my needs and concerns were not a priority to this doctor.First and foremost, Ms Lane failed to listen to my needs or desires regarding my treatment plan. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and concerns, Ms. Lane seemed disinterested and dismissive, opting instead to dictate a course of action without considering my input that was the exact opposite of what I wanted to do. It felt like my voice as a patient was completely ignored, leaving me feeling powerless and unheard.To add insult to injury, the fees charged by Ms. Lane were exorbitant and completely unjustified given the level of care I received. I was billed over $700 for a 40 minute CHAT. There was NO exam or care given, only talking. Not only did I leave the office feeli
