Dr. Kristina Wong, DPT

Dr. Wong treated me after my left total knee replacement. She directed my in-home physical therapy immediately following surgery. I'm in my 60's and snow skiiing, water skiing, playing hockey, cycling, and most importantly walking without pain (including stairs). My left knee is my strong knee. The treatment was 4 years ago. The initial PT for a TKR is super important. Kristina did an exceptional job. The PT is challenging but she is no-nonsense and methodical in her approach. She evaluates the best approach. This initial PT was crucial and in addition to a great surgeon was the primary reason the end results have exceeded my expectations. There is some pain involved but it is worth it. Much better than having some mamby-pamby therapy that then results in lack of flexibility and activity options. She even trained my wife to be a junior "physical terrorist":) OK, just a little humor. Seriously, if you want to have a great eventual outcome I highly recommend Dr. Wong.
