I felt from the outset that she had a vendetta against me and that was confirmed with the deliberately poor and perfunctory care I received. I found my experience with her pretty disturbing.

Dr. Winkler is a wonderful advocate for her patient's medication management. She is compassionate and has, I feel, her patients' best interests at heart. Having been her patient for well over a year now, I am the most stable I have ever been. She is responsive and more than willing to address issues between appointments.

Dr. Winkler is clearly passionate about her patients' mental health. I very much appreciate her direct approach; there is no condescension or dismissing of my concerns, and she's great at working with me on medication management or trial. She listens to how I'm feeling and what I'm saying, and can connect that to something I said months ago. And she can see, much better than I can, how well I'm doing, particularly compared to when we first met. And the last part is the part that matters the most. Sometimes I may not feel it, but she is very quick to point out that I'm about one hundred times better than I was. When I first met her, I asked if she was certain she could help. She said she could. And she was right.

Dr. Winkler is consistent, in all the ways that matter: always on time for appointments, always on task for what needs to be done, and despite her long list of patients, always remembers the smaller details about my case. Great experience every time, highly recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Winkler for more than three years. She is wonderful and always addresses my concerns and any issues I am experiencing. My mental health is in a better place than it has ever been and I feel like I have my life back. She always addresses lifestyle changes in addition to medication when needed. I appreciate her approach because I feel like she isn't just offering a blanket solution and instead is really taking a look at my holistic health. I'm currently pregnant with my first baby and I appreciate how attentive she has been during my pregnancy thus far, especially since I am at a higher risk of developing PPD. I feel like I truly have a relationship with her and that she always has my best interests in mind.

Kristine is supportive and empathetic, she always takes the time to really engage with me and ensure we are making the right decisions around my medications. She is also kind and a pleasure to meet with.

Overmedication! SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS BESIDES OVERLY MEDICATING YOU BE WARY! Also very rude and terrible bed side manners. She doesn't want to listen to you but simply medicate you and end the Telehouse call. My average talk time with her is 15 minutes or under.

Rude, flippant, and comes across uncaring and uncompassionate towards patients' problems. People like this should not work in mental health care.
