Krystina Bonilla, FNP-BC

Ms. Bonilla is always so caring and helpful and explains everything so I never feel left out of my appointments. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else simply because of her care.

She is compassionate and empathetic. She really listened to what I had to say and I felt heard in my medical concerns. I got everything I needed and she gave me a ton of supportive options. Highly recommend Krystina.

Krystina was the on call nurse who returned my call request that I had left for my PCP after getting off of work. She was extremely rude and told me she would page my primary care doctor as this was an urgent matter. I recently had nerve damage was ordered to see a neurologist following my appointment with a specialist my PCP referred me to the day prior. 2 hours later there was no follow up from anyone, I was extremely patient assuming she relayed my message. I called back and was told she did nothing and unfortunately had to speak with her again, to be told “I know what’s going on, nothing has changed what do you want me to do at 9:06pm? Here we are.” I cannot believe the way Ms. Bonilla treated me, and the blatant disregard of my health/disrespect as if I was disturbing her. Her attitude and tone of voice were just uncalled for to put it kindly. I would never trust this person with my health care and don’t feel she is fit to practice in this field.

I’m a mother of an adult disabled daughter who is cared for by Ms. Bonilla. My daughter had her physical in May and her diagnosis of developmentally disabled is not listed under her diagnoses. She has been disabled since birth. While applying for services it was noted that the diagnosis did not match Masshealth and Developmental Services of Massachusetts. Thus started the quest in the beginning of June. After many calls and finally speaking with Ms. Bonilla, I was assured it was taken care of. I knew Ms. Bonilla was taking 4 weeks vacation so we spoke again before she left. Ms. Bonilla did not update my daughter’s physical resulting in loss of services for June, July and August. I’ve already called her office 3 times and am still waiting. Today is September 6th. Ms. Bonilla is unprofessional and incompetent at her job and needs a lot of additional training to succeed.
