She called me a name, essentially labeling me because of my condition. I will never go back to her because I feel I cannot trust her to give me feedback without judgement. I had a bad feeling about her from the first session. She doesn't seem to understand what people who struggle with depression and anxiety are going through. She simply maintains that we are the problem by "challenging our negative thinking" and then inserting her opinions on life into the conversation. Please do not go to her!

Kyle helped me in a time that I felt like I was drowning in grief and struggling to keep up with the roles of being a wife, mother, friend, etc. The feeling of being consistantly overwhelmed was wearing me down and she helped me recognize signs and gave me tools to navigate through some rough time in my life. I am very thankful for her expertise and guidance.

Questioned my mental health diagnosis without any basis. I felt more comfortable confiding in my doctor than her which defeats the purpose. Will not be returning nor recommending.

Kyle is an excellent counselor. She helped me work through an issue that had been bothering me for an extended period of time in just a few sessions. Working with Kyle completely changed my perspective with the issue and gave me the skills I needed to move forward and start enjoying life again.

Very timely with scheduling patients and makes every effort to use full treatment session each visit. Felt there was great patient-provider communication. Right off the bat she let me know that my sessions would be tailored to my needs and made me feel secure during treatment sessions.
