I sought CBTi treatment from Dr. Davis for long-standing insomnia and am glad I did. Dr. Davis is very personable and it was easy to establish a good working relationship with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the treatment of insomnia and was extremely helpful. This was definitely an experience that I wish I had undertaken years ago.
