Waste of time
Physical therapy should invovle some therapy. A hour diagnosing and testing to be told we'll do some excersises next time, keep doing those stretches you found on google. What? I waited over 3 weeks for the apointment, time that could have been spend getting real help. I didn't get any explaination to what my injury was either.
