My review is I have been calling cause my husband has an appt next week and a refill on meds before then . But when you call they just say the office is closed , I know we are being quarantined and told to stay home but they should be paying someone to answer their phones no matter what . It just says we are closed and if you have an emergency call 911 really , that’s crazy you don’t call 911 about your meds . And if your closing completely notify your patients please be considerate . My husband does like his Doctor but the reviews are right the front desk needs to step up

As a veteran i would not recommend this place to anyone, I arrived for my 3:30 PM appointment at 2:35, however the receptionist who already seemed agitated when i tried to check in for my appointment told me because i wasn't there an hour and fifteen minutes early i wouldn't be seen today because she needed to do paperwork. I attempted to explain to her that my appointment was not until 3:30 which was still a little less than an hour away at the time. She again rudely said she needed to reschedule it because of her paperwork. The Receptionist not a qualified provider determine that she could put my appointment off because of her paperwork was more important. I contacted my provider and asked her to find me a place that could service veterans

I would definitely not recommend this supposed doctor to anyone. I was going to be a first time patient and after waiting 40 minutes, I was called to the window to be told I could not be seen because I only had a 15 minute slot, when it should have been 45 minutes and oh the doctor was leaving for the hurricane. I read the reviews before I scheduled, all negative and I still wanted to give this practice a chance. I was sadly mistaken. Time, effort, energy and gas.....all wasted. Stay away!

She is very inconsiderate and lacks empathy when it comes to handling patients. If they are seeking services here it means they probably have difficulties in the daily life and she is unable to accomdate that. Also try calling the office and they will leave you on hold for ten mins. Then when you wish to leave she will make it very difficult to get your records.

She cares and takes the time to explain things. I have never had another doctor to listen as much. My other doctors just gave me prescriptions. She helps but the office is hard to call.

I trusted her and she kept giving me more and more meds that were incorrect. I became very ill. It was like she never listened to a word I said. I can't believe I kept going. Never again.

I have been with Keisha since she was a nurse practitioner. She truly cares. CPA (the office she's at) is HUGE and customer service isn't always great with the office personnel. BUT she is amazing. HIGHLY recommend. Been with her for several years. Shes the only one that has cared enough to really sit with me and get it right.

My pharmacy has made several attempts to refill my prescription to no avail. I have called 3 times to the office and CANNOT talk to a live person. Each time getting a message saying to contact my pharmacy and if there is a problem I would be contacted by the Churchland Psychiatric Assoc staff. As of 2 weeks later nothing... I WILL be filing a complaint with the state of Virginia concerning this problem. The complaint form can be downloaded from the states website...
