My son was with her for quite awhile at Hopewell and had an appointment with her at her new office. Her receptionist just called to cancel his appointment and said Lacey won’t see him because he missed two appointments. We was snowed in!!! He talked to them with the first one and second time he couldn’t get through. I just payed to have the driveway done a day ago. We was stuck in this house for a week , the door wouldn’t open, then when we got it open we still couldn’t get down the driveway. She is horrible

She refuses to order an extra Lab unless my boyfriend makes an Appt.. When he ready has to get blood drawn and go for results. Why wouldn't she order the lab and then have an appt after to discuss it like every other doctor? Why make someone miss work just to order a lab? Hopewell either has this policy or she is trying to get more appts. Working people can not afford to pay insurance and take off work to make a zillion appts for something that could easily be done at same time as other blood drawl . She is unwilling to work with patients. Like I said maybe it is Hopewell or maybe it is her but if you want a PCP that does stuff without making you miss work to make an appt every time. DO NOT CHOOSE HER!
