She is very knowledgeable and personable at the same time which can be hard to find at times. I felt at ease with her immediately. Her office staff were also very patient and kind.

Had a panic attack at work because of a hostile work environment and was removed from service and sent to this Lafonya Jones for clearance to return to work. My employer poisoned the well against me before sending me to her to protect themselves in future litigation and Jones informed me she had diagnosed me based on what my employer told her and not what my tests said (she had not graded my testing at that point, but still filled out my short term disability form with my diagnosis).
