I made an appointment with her for an injured foot, and I regret not waiting for my PCP. I explained how I injured it. She then looked at it with disdain and asked if I sprained it. I told her no, nothing happened specifically to cause the injury, but I was worried that my plantar fasciitis had returned or I tore a ligament. She told me I have arches. She said people with arches don't typically get pf even though I had prior history. She then told me RICE which I already knew. No solution.
