I didn’t care for Laine. Her goal appeared to be how fast she could enter and exit the door with an empty waiting room. I was worried and concerned about my skin condition. I tried to ask her what it might be. She mumbled a few differentials. But wouldn’t explain anything. Would it have inconvenienced her to just sit down with me for 5 minutes and explain to me what might be going on? After all , for what she is going to bill the insurance company for an office visit I feel that I deserved that much. Instead I left the building feeling just as worried and concerned as when I went in. Here is some advice. Send a male MD to the Powell Clinic. At least they have a residency in Dermatology under their belt. Male doctors in my experience have always been much more kind and considerate. Female clinicians are always a disappointment. It’s always rush, rush, rush. Such a disappointing experience. I was in the medical profession for 25 years. Communicate with your patients!!!!
