Lakenya Wallace, NP

My husband has been having cognitive impairment so he started seeing LaKenya Wallace, MSN, FNP-C in neurology. She consistently talked down to us in a rude and condescending manner and today was the last straw. We had neuropsychological testing done yesterday, we had an already existing appointment with Ms. Wallace set for today, we thought to discuss results. No one at any time along the way informed us that the test results would take longer, nor did we know we should reschedule the appointment for today because of this. Ms. Wallace came into the exam room ready to scold us for not knowing how the internal system works, then when I addressed the fact that we weren’t told this, she stated in a very rude and condescending manner that she’d told my husband on a video call weeks ago. Mind you, she’s seeing him because he has memory issues then she’s scolding him for not remembering. We’re finding someone else to go over results.
