We went in for a walk in appointment at her office. She was very rude from the second we walked in, she didn't know how to process our insurance so she called our insurance company to see what the third party insurance was through and she was getting so rude with them on the phone it was very uncomfo. I told her the reason we were leaving was because she was being incredibly rude to us and talking down to us and she told me she wasn't rude that we just needed to listen. I will never go back.
