Dr. Lance Rao is nice, but either completely incompetent or does not care enough to put any effort into his job. As I discussed really emotional and difficult topics he barely paid attention and responded with simple comments like "good" that gave no indication he was even listening. This was a huge waste of my time, energy, and money and I hope others can avoid the mistake I made when I chose to try this therapist.

Lance is the most caring and wonderful therapist. I was meeting him when I was going through a tough period of my life. I was extremely depressed and had no wish to live. Thanks to his enermous efforts I'm smiling and laughing again. I suppose that's the most important thing you have to know about this unbelievable counselor. He's not there just to listen, but to help you make progress. I recommend Lance to anyone who's looking for a therapist.

Lance is an amazing therapist. He is talented, caring, warm, skilled, friendly, very supportive and extremely passionate about his work. I was lucky to have had the experience that I had with him. I highly recommend Lance as a counselor. He's a true gem of a doctor.
