Felt very good about my appointment With doctor Hender. Answered all my Questions and concerns. Visit was Refreshing !

After falling down the stairs I felt like I might have broken my foot. Check in was very pleasant however once I got to my room my nurse said that he thinks I was just being dramatic and probably just twisted my ankle. Then they let me wander through the clinic trying to find xray by myself. All while limping around. Doctor came in and kept saying I don’t know, he was unsure wasn’t giving me a straight answer. No confidence what so ever. Turns out I had fractured my foot.

Dr Lane has been my primary for many many years and he has taken care of me, listen to me, and diagnosed me and always treats me like a human being. Thank you so much Dr Lane you are an inspiration to me. And I would recommend Dr Lane to anybody.

Yes Dr. Lane Header is compassionate and listen to you very well but what makes him not good but great is he is always going to conferences to learn more knowledge so he can help his Patients I came in to his office and found out my weight and I had other things going on but he gave me so much information and a plan to help etc my point is every rime I leave there I know that he has my best interest at heart even when I call on in for a prescription he will always back to you that day not the 48 hour window they have even if he says he can't fill its the point he get to you to me someone a doctor that has window to get back to you and takes care of you with response either way as he his seeing Patients in the clinic is a doctor that cares about the well-being of his patients again I know he has my best interest at heart and that's a great feeling and great feeling to be able talk to him and again he has so much knowledge for old and new medicinespecial thanks to you i appreciate you

I have been seeing Dr. Heder for several years. However, no more. His office is unwilling to deal reasonably with patients. I was nearly out of my routine medications and I tried to refill them. The refills were denied because I haven't been in for the past year. II only have a week's worth of medication left but due to my work schedule I am unable to come in for about three weeks. I contacted Dr. Heder's office to ask for a month of refills, but they refused and would not speak to me in person, instead relaying messages via their online chat function. I am now forced to go two weeks without medication until I can get in for an appointment. This is an unreasonable and manipulative way to behave. I'm disappointed in Dr. Heder and his staff and I will never return. Most doctors are willing to be reasonable. If you want a doctor who will work with you, look somewhere else.

Lane is a great provider, not too quick with the visit but doesn't drag it out either. Always friendly and his MA Diana is awesome too. I recommend Lane to everybody!

Lane is a compassionate, personable PA. Very confident and knows what to do to help.

The best thing I think about Lane is I know he's always got me and my health in mind and he always takes the time to listen to my concerns.
