Telehealth
I saw Lark for seven plus years. She helped me work thru so many issues, she listened with no judgement. She made me take responsibility for myself and encouraged me to move forward. I saw her again for about a year when COVID hit via Telehealth. I would like her to live longer than me and never retire in case I want to return!! I can not recommend her enough.

Telehealth
I have worked with Lark for many years. She has helped me uncover my limiting beliefs through talk therapy and EMDR and address them in healthy was so I can live more fully in the present. I am so grateful for our therapeutic relationship and the growth I’ve achieved with her support.
