Laura helped me pinpoint where my anxieties were coming from, but the focus was not on reliving my painful past. She used visualization in order to retrain my brain to not have triggers to everyday events.

Laura has been my therapist for over 5 years. She has helped me get past many difficult experiences and I have benefited from our sessions in more ways than expected. Laura is easy to talk to and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in helping themselves.
