She's very nice, patient and takes time to listen to my concerns. I feel very comfortable with her and am glad I found after having seen many different NP's and Pa's in the practice.

Not warm at all. Did not even congratulate my husband and I on our very happy and planned pregnancy as we explained! Did not even acknowledge my husbands presence being in the exam room. She is very dismissive and my appointment felt rushed. She is nice, in a very formal and professional way that one would expect, however, she truly lacks genuine warmth that any patient looks for and deserves. I would describe her as robotic and seems careless. Very political in how she responds to answering certain important questions & dealing with certain situations. A passive aggressive kind of attitude I sensed as well when responding to my husbands very practical questions & feelings! She also had someone else’s chart in her hand when she meeting with me, was reading of another persons medical history from a prior pregnancy, instead of mine, I can’t make this up! Then I had to ask why I was not given a copy of my sonogram from the ultrasound tech I had met with prior to seeing Laura. Laura answered because some people don’t care to have a copy of the sonogram image & that they would be like “what is this?” when looking such an early sono like mine because it was too early in my pregnancy & was just an image of the gestational sac & yok sac…. Ridiculous, insensitive and rude! Every stage matters & of course I want pictures of that! I bet she would want it if it was her growing life! Excuses excuses, cold cold cold! If your lack warmth and organization, you’re in the wrong profession! If you are considering visiting this nurse at the forest hills location, look elsewhere.
