My first consultation with Laura was invaluable. She is very professional and her detailed knowledge and understanding of nutrition trumps all of my google searches. Lol. She went over our allotted time to make sure I had all of my questions answered. And when I left I was inspired and challenged to integrate proper nutrition as a lifestyle and not a diet. I would recommend Laura to anyone seeking proper guidance from a licensed nutritionist.
