Hearing test and evaluation
From my first encounter with receptionist to my actual appointment, everything went more smoothly than I expected. Dr. Laura took her time and explained every step with me. She handled every question I had and took care of all my insurance needs.

Terrible experience
This woman doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She double talks. I went to see an audiologist at my ENT office and what this woman told me was wrong. Look for someone more qualified.
