Thorough and Caring

I came in to see Laura as a first-time patient with small but concerning symptoms. She quickly confirmed it was not an ear infection and, through a round of hearing tests at her office, we found out I had significant hearing loss in one ear. She went over the possibilities honestly and got me referred for an MRI quickly. Within a few business days, the office had the results and she called me back in to let me know I had an acoustic neuroma. This was a scary diagnosis but I had felt prepared for it because of her honesty. Her bedside manner was amazing and so reassuring. She checked on me several times throughout the visit and gave me a referral to a neurosurgeon she trusts. I will always be thankful that she was the one that heard me out, moved fast, and broke the news gently and honestly. Thank you Laura Regan and team!
