My son has been going here for 2 years now and i WOULD NOT recommend this nurse for the facts of wait times and of her rude secretary. The wait times are bad because Laura is consistently late or behind schedule. Every time im in her office for an appointment, i get attitude from the secretary and they've misplaced my insurance information MORE THAN ONCE. If it weren't for my son being content talking to nurse Laura, i'd be outta there so fast their heads would spin. I may need therapy now.

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. By the time of my appointment, she had just taken the patient who was supposed to go ahead of me. So she took her 2 pm appointment at 2:20 pm (my scheduled appointment) and I had to wait for them. The woman looks like the mother from Requiem for a Dream, and her personality matches. During the time I spent waiting for my appointment, I saw her aimlessly wandering around the building, and she went outside to her car 3 times. Do not see this woman.

Do NOT accept an appointment with this woman. She did not look up from her computer screen in the 90 minutes she met with me. She forgot to have me drug tested AND have my blood pressure tested and tried to keep me there after my consultation to get that done. By that point I was so done I didn't even stay. She was unsympathetic, uncaring, and generally awful. It seemed like she just wanted to throw medication at me and move on with her day. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
