Dr. Laura Sychta, DNP

Very personable. Really cared about "ME". I had an appointment today and a new patient. I was treated like I had been a patient for numerous years. Would highly recommend Dr. Sychta and their office. I haven't felt this comfortable in years.

This practitioner does not listen! She wrote me a prescription to eat beans and legumes. She offered me no other help. My son asked for help with ADHD testing and she told him he was too smart to have ADHD!? Thankfully, myself and my son went to Rochester Centers for Behavioral health and got properly tested and treated. This DNP also prescribed my sister the same thing for a different issue. It looks like this is the only treatment she knows and needs more education.

Dr. Sychta is a disgrace to the entire medical community. She is a troglodyte that imposes her own beliefs upon her patients beyond the point of morality and safety. She has given dietary prescriptions that exeed the bounds of her medical licensing and she has shown a patern of idiocy and unprofessionalism. I consulted her for my ADHD and she said " I was too intelligent to have ADHD" which is highly offensive and unbelievably unproffesional. Thank god I went to a clinic with actual professionals after I met her or I would have never received help. She has also prescribed beans (yes I said beans) to multiple members of my family who went to her for psychiatric help. The prescription of a diet; or any dietary prescription for that matter, is reserved for only Medical Doctors and licensed Nutritionists to which she is neither. She is a huge liability for everyone she does work for becuase she will eventually get hit with a lawsuit.

Dr. Sychta is awesome and I would not trust my family's health care to anyone else!

Yes, I would recommend Laura Sychta as I found her professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and apologetic when I had to wait a long time to see her.
