I would love to know if she is still in the are. I am sad that she left because I have received bad care after she left and I had to see other people at that clinic. I would follow her if she is still in Hopkinsville or the surrounding area. Also- I do not recommend JSMC Family Health on the bypass since she no longer works there.

I’m deeply saddened that ms Toliver has left, for she is amazing and cares about her patients. This is the second care giver I’ve had through you and I’m at a loss for words. I will be going elsewhere to find a provider but would like to thank you for the care I was given by ms Toliver and wish her the best.
