Incomplete physical

I scheduled an annual physical with her. She came in the room, asked me questions about meds and exercise, ordered my labs, and left. She was in the room less than 10 minutes and never examined me. She didn’t touch my body at all. That’s just incompetent.

Despite having Laura Way as my primary physician for more than 5 years, she refused to refill a prescription for my asthmatic daughter today. I made an appointment as I always have, but instead of seeing both myself and my daughter, I was told by the medical assistants at Desert Grove Family Medical that I would be the only one evaluated during the appointment since I did not make an appointment specifically for my daughter, and Laura Way was booked. There was no way to get a refill. Sad.
