I have seen an individual therapist on and off for fifteen years for my anxiety disoder. I am an abusive marriage with a n abusive passive aggressive man. Laurel was recommended for someone for my son who has ADD. I brought my husband with me for a couples counseling and within 10 minutes of knowing him and not asking him questions. She said he didn’t have anxiety and I wasn’t telling the truth about the experience. I have been to lots of therapists and not accused of lying . I don’t lie and don’t want her to do this to someone else. The only thing worse than being gaslighted at home is being gas lighted at your therapist.
