I was assigned a telehealth visit with Laurel Stiedemann by random chance, as she was the first provider that could see me with a time-sensitive health concern. I was initially nervous after reading the reviews here. But after today's first visit, I felt compelled enough to come back here and post some complimentary things about her. In my experience today, I found Laurel to have all those necessary pieces a provider should have...empathy, great listening, expertise on physical, mental & emotional well being, and a commanding yet very personal offering of different medicines and the pros/cons they might have to me personally. I really like it when I share something with somebody, and minutes later that person brings it back up in the conversation and relates it to what we're talking about. It makes me feel heard, seen, and valued. Laurel did this a few times, and that's comforting to me. I've already booked a follow-up appointment with her. Thanks, Laurel!

Appointment was rushed, couldn't be bothered to explain why things are "normal" and instead belittled and dismissed. I don't go out of my way to leave reviews often but she does not have any place so much as being a front desk presence (people skills are lacking.)
Don't dare share what you think you may be suffering from as she'll give a look of disgust in response. I feel so bad for all the patients that are just blindly trusting that they're getting quality medical treatment/advice from her. Avoid at all costs.
