As a 57-year-old male, which means I have seen my share of the doctors and specialist. Although I’ve tried not to become this, I have become jaded over the years with the level of care that you get from your doctor. Whether it’s being overbooked or directed by insurance companie the level of care and attention you get has dropped dramatically over the years. I don’t think I quite have the words to describe my gratitude for Lauren bed rocks, level of compassion and expertise. She never makes you feel like she needs to leave the room to see the next patient. And she is very knowledgeable and gives me a level of comfort that I have not had in a very long time. I am very grateful that I have become one of her patients and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to feel like they are being cared for by caring and compassionate professional that has their best medical interest at heart.

Lauren was friendly and professional. She saw me on time, listened, explained the treatment well, and answered my questions. She was thorough and patient. Although Dr Bhatia was not available, I was able to see Lauren on the same day and felt in good hands.
