Lauren Carey, RD

I've been working with Lauren Carey for 1.5 years and she has been instrumental in helping me on my health journey. Ms. Carey has retrained my thinking on how I view food and she has given me many nutrition tips. I don't consider myself to be on a diet, but have made lifestyle changes. She has always spent as much time as I needed and I never felt rushed during my appointments. Even when I haven't lost as much weight between appointments as I had hoped, Ms. Carey has always been a big cheerleader for me and offers encouragement. I recommend anyone looking to get healthier to schedule an appointment with her. Also, Ms. Carey's staff are friendly and professional.

Lauren has been a great source of information, direction and ideas to guide me through healthy weight loss.
