I went to Lauren for the first time last week and my only regret is not going sooner! She has already helped me redirect my health in an easy way that will be sustainable. She listened well and understood my past and present as well as what I want my future to be. I would highly recommend her.

She is extremely knowledgeable and a huge asset. I have been going to her for almost 2 years now and will not go anywhere else she is the best. She is very understanding yet has that push you need and want. Super friendly lady and a beautiful person all around. Very organized, i have sent a few friends to her and will continue to do so.

I found Lauren to be professional, positive and very attentive. She is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. She provides facts, useful information and a plan that is tailored to suit you and your lifestyle. Her approach seems very practical. Her recommendations are sound and her expectations are realistic.
