Lauren worked with me for a few months to alleviate the pain of my herniated disc and I highly recommend!! She was always so helpful, was attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable. If I wasn’t moving to PA I would keep going back to her! She really helped me learn how to manage the pain, and I’ll continue to do the exercises she taught me! THANKS LAUREN!!
