I have been a client of Lauren’s since 2016. The skills that I have been taught have been instrumental to my success. Any negative reviews left should be disregarded as Lauren is one of the most professional and down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. As a young woman in my 20s, she has helped me become a better version of myself just by letting me be me. She doesn’t try to change me or make me feel bad about situations, instead, she is understanding, sympathetic and honest when I need her to be. I promise you will see tremendous growth in yourself if you see Lauren. She is truly the best!

I would NOT recommend Lauren. She shared my personal information/trauma with a family member who was also seeing her by indirectly making “suggestions” of how I felt (things I previously mentioned to her.) Very unprofessional.
