Dr. Lauren Tessier, ND

I first spoke with Dr. Tessier in October 2020 during her $100 30 minute on-boarding for suspected mold issues. Because I was leaving Vermont, I worked with my primary care and a subsequent mold doc but did not see progress. Lauren denied my request for a second on-boarding call to instead suggest a 2-hour phone block (only billed for time used) at $420 per hour. I was shocked by the high hourly rate and asked for patient success rates. Multiple e-mails were ignored until they said her schedule was full. I asked point-blank if Lauren didn't want to work with me. I was twice invited to find other docs. I admit I was demanding at first, polite later. Fine if she didn't want to work with me, but they wouldn't come out and say it. I can't pay $420 per hour w/o data of client success. They still never provided that data, which I just cannot wrap my head around.

Dr. Tessier is amazing- my family and I are so lucky to have found her. She literally saved our lives after being exposed to black mold in our home. If I could shout my appreciation for her, from the rooftops I would- but instead a review will have to suffice. Thanks doc!<3

Do not recommend as an out of state patient. You are basically left to go through Sam Dr tessiers secretary for any questions, concerns or issues. The turn around time takes days or even weeks to get a full response or answer to something. If you have a reaction to a protocol you are left on your own to figure things out. You are charged in full for your office visit as soon as you schedule an appointment. If you have to cancel there is a no cancellation policy. Basically you pay the full amount
