The best medical treatment I've ever recieved
I had to wait for a bit in the waiting room, but the experience itself was so overwhelmingly validating and positive I didn't mind it. I waited probably 30 minutes, but once they brought me back, the medical staff from top to bottom were kind, funny, patient, and thorough. They communicated everything beyond anything I've ever experienced. They asked lots of questions, it was apparent the doctor reviewed my answers before she came in, they ran a CT scan and two endoscopies during my visit, walked through every single procedure, my sinus anatomy compared to a baseline, explained what was causing my discomfort and how they would a) solve it today, b) solve the underlying causes, and c) monitor the issue to make sure their treatment was working.
