Terrible
I had three visits with Laurene, and all she did was talk about her self. She did most of the talking through the appointment and when trying to discuss family issues and how I could better cope with and learn from some of the issues that I have from childhood and currently all she said was they did the best they could at the time and used excuses like generational differences. Well, I know generational differences are valid diminished the feelings that I had, which is the reason why I was seeing her. I would just stay away from this particular therapist unless you wanna listen the whole time and be invalidated.
