I'm 65 years old, a patient of Dr. Laurie at Hallandale, during last 6 years or so. Few weeks ago, I had an issue (again) with a specialist I was refereed by Dr. Laurie, and I went to see/talk with her about this issue, but there where no one at the reception to help - the opposite the office manager - called the security to kick me out of MY DOCTOR HEALTH OFFICE. I was begging to call her for 5 minutes talk - I was very angry & frustrated, I do have mental issues which Dr. Laurie herself giving me all the receptions to help my mental issues. After kicked-out from Dr. Laurie office at HALLANDALE, I messaged Dr. Laurie via "MY-CHART" App, mentioning my deep depression and suicide thoughts. Dr. Laurie answer surprised and amazed me: "If you don't like my services - find yourself a new doctor"- Her answer together with the fact that her office manager called security to kick me out from her office made me feel helpless and frustrated - thanks God I didn't commit suicide!

Laurie is a great listener and all around amazing doctor that makes you feel comfortable to discuss any health issues you're having. I will follow her wherever she goes as long as my insurance is taken ??
